Send your requirements
Send rough measurements, photos, your postcode and your preferred styles or colours.

Receive an initial quotation
We prepare an initial quotation based on the information supplied. For installation orders, this is subject to a site survey.

Arrange an accurate survey
If you are interested in proceeding with an installation order, we arrange a visit to take accurate measurements and assess the fitting requirements.

Approve the final details
We confirm the specification and final price after the survey. The price may change if the measurements or installation requirements differ from the initial information.

Confirm your order and payment
Once your specification and quotation are approved, we’ll confirm your order. Payment is then made in line with your agreed arrangements with us.

Manufacture, delivery & installation
We confirm the expected schedule and arrange delivery or installation according to your order. Installation orders include a final check with you.
Ordering supply only?
Your installer must provide and approve accurate manufacturing measurements before production. Site surveys are available only where agreed.
